We would like to welcome you to EXCEL Therapy Specialists and to thank you for selecting us to provide your physical therapy care. Our experienced and dedicated staff is committed to quality service and individualized attention.

Your initial evaluation will last approximately 1½ hours. It will focus on the completion of a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of your condition. The data gathered will enable your therapist to provide more individualized treatment and to communicate more effectively with your physician. At the completion of the evaluation, an initial evaluation report will be faxed to your physician outlining our findings and plan of care.

Each additional visit will last anywhere from 45 minutes to 1½ hours depending on your individual diagnosis and rehab program. Please bring or wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily. Depending on your injury, gym clothes are best suited for our purposes.

Prior to your initial visit in most cases, a member of our business office will gather your insurance information and verify your individual coverage. An explanation of your benefits will be discussed with you before physical therapy is initiated.

We have designed our office hours in hopes that they are most convenient for you. Our traditional hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our physical therapy staff works through the lunch hours to better accommodate our patients schedules. In order to insure times that fit into your schedule we recommend that you keep your appointments scheduled two weeks in advance. Kindly provide 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations.
