Michael Siegenthaler, PT
Michael is a 1993 graduate of Langston University School of Physical Therapy and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2005.  He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1991 and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist.

Michael has practiced Physical Therapy in the Northeast Oklahoma for over 15 years and has extensive post professional training in the area of orthopedics, with an emphasis on manual therapy.  Michael, his wife and two sons live in the Beggs area where he raises registered cattle in his spare time.

Michelle Johnson—PT

Michelle graduated from the University of Oklahoma.  She completed her final clinical rotation with Excel Therapy in the spring of 2009 and began working for the company shortly afterwards. She has an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from OSU and is an avid Cowboys fan. She lives in Glenpool with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, camping, spending time with family, and flying with her husband.
